BTL Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Attero, you will play a crucial role in implementing brand activations on-ground. Your responsibilities will include traveling to Attero's plant, warehouses, BTL activations, and client-side activations. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience and enhances the market presence of our corporate brand and allied brands. Key Responsibilities: Brand Initiatives: - Execute innovative brand campaigns that are aligned with business objectives. - Manage programs to increase customer engagement and build brand loyalty. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute on-ground activations. Brand Identity: - Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints. - Work closely with creative teams to create compelling brand assets such as logos, merchandising, packaging, and marketing collateral. - Conduct regular brand audits to maintain alignment with company values and market positioning. Qualifications and Skills: Must-Have: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA desired but not mandatory). - 1 to 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles. - Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing techniques and tools. - Proven track record in implementing brand strategies and campaigns. - Good communication, project management, and analytical skills.
