BTL Marketing Associate

You will be responsible for executing on-ground activities, building local partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities in untapped offline markets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fieldwork, engaging with people, and building things from scratch. - Plan and execute on-ground activations and offline marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Identify and develop new offline demand channels through partnerships and community engagement. - Generate high-quality leads through local outreach and relationship-building efforts. - Track performance of each initiative and continuously improve based on data and feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams to align offline efforts with overall marketing and sales goals.
