Assistant Program Manager (Operations)

The Assistant Program Manager - Operations will collaborate with internal teams to enhance the end-to-end experience for customers and partners. You should excel in a fast-paced environment, possess strong execution skills, and effectively navigate functions like supply, product, and customer operations to drive meaningful improvements. Your responsibilities will include supporting strategic programs to enhance customer satisfaction and partner experience, identifying and addressing gaps in service journeys with scalable and empathetic solutions, collaborating with supply teams to align partner onboarding and performance standards, and advocating for operational features with product teams to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will create and maintain playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation for consistency, monitor key operational metrics such as NPS and partner engagement, lead operational pilots and service design sprints for testing and iteration, and support cross-functional communication and issue resolution through standups and feedback syncs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in program/operations management, preferably in a service-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work with cross-functional teams, utilize data for decision-making, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Experience working with service partners, vendors, or field ops teams, exposure to customer journey mapping or process optimization, and a background in startups or high-growth ecosystems are considered advantageous.
