Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for B.Tech/Diploma graduates in Mechatronics at NTF (India) Pvt. Ltd., located in Manesar (Gurgaon). As a fresher in this role, you will be involved in assisting with the design, development, and troubleshooting of Mechatronics systems. Responsibilities include the operation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical and electronic systems, data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, and active collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Mechatronics fundamentals, including control systems, electronics, and mechanical integration.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as CAD software, in addition to troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret technical drawings or specifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Degree in B.Tech/Diploma in Mechatronics or a related field (recently graduated or final year students).
• Desire to learn and adapt to industry expectations, with a passion for cutting-edge technology and innovation.
• Familiarity with the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
