Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Segment Manager (BSM) at SBFC Finance Limited, located in Rudrapur. The BSM will be responsible for managing and growing the retail loan segment by identifying potential clients, assessing creditworthiness, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, implementing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and coordinating with various teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail lending, credit assessment, and customer relationship management
• Proficiency in conducting market research and implementing sales strategies
• Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
