About VIVRE


VIVRE Panels is redefining how India experiences design materials. We create wall surfaces and architectural materials that don’t just function — they feel. Every texture, colour, and pattern we make becomes part of people’s homes, offices, and stories.

Over the past few years, we’ve tripled our team size, built new warehouses, and set up a robust operations backbone.

Now, we’re returning to our original strength — brand, storytelling, and creative direction — led personally by the Founder, a marketing-driven director who once set the trend for design branding in this category.

We already have a talented in-house team of 3D artists, graphic designers, and video editors. What we need now is someone who can bring words, ideas, and stories together — the narrative architect behind how VIVRE speaks to the world.


About the Role

Vivre is not trying to “post more content.”

Vivre is trying to build memory, meaning, and desire around surfaces, materials, and spaces.

This role exists to ensure that:

  • Every campaign
  • Every content series
  • Every PR story
  • Every launch narrative

…is rooted in thinking, not randomness.

The Brand Strategist is the intellectual backbone of the brand.

They don’t design.

They don’t edit.

They decide what deserves to exist — and why.


Core Responsibility


The Brand Strategist is the central thinker, ideator, and researcher responsible for:

  • Campaign ideas
  • Content directions
  • Brand narratives
  • PR angles
  • Product storytelling frameworks


They define what the brand says, explores, questions, and stands for, across:

  • Social media
  • Campaigns
  • Product launches
  • PR & brand partnerships
  • Long-form storytelling

Execution teams build after this role thinks.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Brand Thinking & Narrative Architecture (Primary)

  • Define core brand narratives and evolving themes.
  • Build storytelling frameworks around:
  • Products
  • Spaces
  • Materials
  • Design, culture, lifestyle
  • Ensure all content ladders up to long-term brand memory, not short-term trends.


2️⃣ Campaign & Content Ideation

  • Ideate campaign-level ideas, not isolated posts.
  • Develop:
  • Campaign thought
  • Message hierarchy
  • Emotional hook
  • Narrative arc
  • Ensure campaigns can live across:
  • Social
  • PR
  • Video
  • On-ground & trade formats


3️⃣ Research & Insight Mining (Critical)

  • Study:
  • Global design brands
  • Architecture, interiors, fashion, art, culture
  • Competitor communication
  • Extract insights, not inspiration screenshots.
  • Build POVs on:
  • Where the category is
  • Where Vivre should go
  • What narratives are underexplored


4️⃣ Content Strategy & Calendar Thinking

  • Define content pillars & formats.
  • Decide:
  • What content should exist
  • What should not exist
  • Work with execution teams to translate strategy into:
  • Monthly themes
  • Series ideas
  • Repeatable formats
  • Maintain coherence across platforms (IG, LinkedIn, PR, website).


5️⃣ Product Storytelling & Launch Narratives

  • Own the story behind every product:
  • Why it exists
  • Who it is for
  • What it represents emotionally
  • Develop launch narratives that:
  • Avoid technical dumping
  • Feel aspirational and design-led
  • Partner with Visual Lead to translate narrative into visuals.


6️⃣ PR & External Story Angles

  • Identify PR-worthy narratives, not just product announcements.
  • Shape:
  • Brand POVs
  • Founder narratives
  • Design philosophy stories
  • Work with PR teams to ensure consistency of voice and meaning.


7️⃣ Founder & Leadership Collaboration

  • Work closely with the founder to:
  • Translate vision into communication
  • Challenge ideas when required
  • Sharpen thinking
  • Act as a thinking partner, not a yes-person.


8️⃣ System Building & Knowledge Capture

  • Document:
  • Brand POVs
  • Narrative frameworks
  • Campaign rationales
  • Build a strategic knowledge base so thinking compounds over time.
  • Enable onboarding of future strategists and content leads.



Experience

  • 5–10+ years in:
  • Brand strategy
  • Content strategy
  • Creative strategy

Skillset

  • Strong conceptual thinking
  • Clear written articulation
  • Ability to structure abstract ideas
  • Research-driven, not trend-driven
  • Can think long-form, not just viral formats
