Job Description

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Strategist who can shape, guide, and elevate brand narratives across platforms. While social media will be a major area of impact, the role goes beyond posts and trends—focusing on brand positioning, messaging, and long-term consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, and core messaging
  • Translate business goals into clear brand narratives
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints

Social Media Strategy (Primary Focus)

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
  • Plan content pillars, storytelling formats, and campaign ideas
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance teams to execute strategy
  • Review content for brand alignment, clarity, and impact

Content & Campaign Thinking

  • Ideate integrated campaigns across social, website, offline, and on-ground activations
  • Guide content formats such as reels, carousels, videos, blogs, and brand films
  • Build narratives for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns

Audience & Market Insights

  • Research target audiences, cultural trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Use insights to inform content direction and brand decisions
  • Adapt brand messaging based on audience behaviour and platform evolution

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, performance, and client teams
  • Present brand strategies and creative rationale to stakeholders or clients
  • Support pitches, proposals, and new brand onboarding

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and content formats
  • Ability to think beyond platforms and focus on brand-building
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach
  • Experience working with agencies or multiple brands is a plus
