Position: Brand Strategist
Location: New Delhi
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a Brand Strategist to develop and execute strategies that strengthen our brand’s identity and drive market growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in brand management, positioning, and creative strategy, with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the brand’s core identity, values, and positioning in the market.
• Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital platforms to offline collaterals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide brand decisions.
• Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Build brand equity through storytelling, engagement, and innovative campaigns.
• Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, perception, loyalty, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Handle brand communication during crises or reputational risks.
• Mentor junior team members in creative and strategic thinking.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management/marketing strategy.
• Strong knowledge of brand positioning, creative campaigns, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to differentiate a brand in a competitive market.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
