Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Solutions Executive, located in Mumbai. The Brand Solutions Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies, conducting market research, and managing communication and brand marketing activities. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful brand management and marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Brand Strategy and Brand Management skills
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Experience in Market Research
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Brand Marketing
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus


Roles and responsibilities

  1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and ensure smooth communication.
  2. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance, social media, etc.) for timely execution.
  3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Monitor ongoing campaigns, track performance, and share reports/updates with clients.
  5. Address client concerns proactively and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.
  6. Collaborate with the other teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
