🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Decode client briefs and lead brand thinking across real estate, lifestyle, healthcare, and other sectors

• Build communication strategies, campaign roadmaps, and brand positioning documents

• Manage client relationships, coordinate day-to-day communication, and ensure delivery excellence

• Conduct audience, market, and competitor research to fuel insights

• Work closely with creatives and content teams to convert strategy into standout work

• Lead presentations for brand pitches, campaign rollouts, and strategy reviews

• Mentor junior team members and interns across strategy and servicing

• Track campaign performance, manage feedback loops, and ensure strategic alignment
