Key Responsibilities: 	         Finalize Corporate Alliances: Establish and close corporate alliances to support franchise expansion with prospective clients and brands.        	         Corporate and Concept Sales: Lead corporate sales efforts and sell various franchising concepts to new clients.	         Brand & Investor Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of brands and investors, ensuring both parties receive personalized attention and care.	         Channel & Franchise Development: Focus on expanding the franchise network by developing new channels and strategies for franchise development.	         Franchise Model Development: Develop tailored franchise models and processes that align with clients' business needs and adaptability.	         Investor Acquisition: Acquire investors for franchisee sales by identifying and engaging high-potential candidates.	         Investor & Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the sales and service cycle.	         Investor Screening: Assess the suitability of potential investors, considering factors such as investment capacity, location, and experience.	         Interface Between Brand & Investor: Act as a liaison between the brand and investors, facilitating the closing of franchise deals up to the signing of the agreement.	         Site Visits and Relationship Management: Coordinate site visits and facilitate communication between brands and investors to increase closure success rates.	         Solutions & Inputs: Proactively provide solutions to resolve any challenges that arise, both from clients and investors, to improve the likelihood of successful closures.
