Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Brand Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at our Gurugram office. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners, identifying business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales processes. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and provide insights to drive growth. This role requires effective communication, negotiation, and the ability to meet sales targets while staying aligned with the company’s values and vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media ecosystems
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Proficiency in tools for data analysis and client management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience with influencer marketing platforms or media sales is a plus
