Brand Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining Monk Entertainment as a Brand Sales Executive based in Mumbai (Andheri West) to drive revenue and bring exciting brands into the ecosystem. Your role will involve building and scaling a strong revenue pipeline across various sectors, pitching impactful influencer marketing solutions, collaborating with internal teams on campaign proposals, advising clients on platform strategy, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale a strong revenue pipeline across FMCG, Beauty, BFSI, D2C, and more. - Pitch impactful influencer marketing solutions featuring leading creators and public figures. - Collaborate with Client Servicing and Creative teams on campaign proposals and execution plans. - Advise clients on platform strategy, creator selection, and performance-focused content. - Maintain strong relationships with brand managers, CMOs, media heads, and agencies. Qualifications Required: - Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of brand needs and decision-making processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas and concepts effectively. - Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, branded content sales, or digital media. - Ability to identify the right creators for campaigns independent of any affiliation. - A proactive, high-agency individual who enjoys client-facing roles in a fast-moving environment.
