Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Brand Partnerships with proven experience in building and managing brand relationships. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, pitching collaboration ideas, and closing deals between brands and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agencies.
• Identify partnership opportunities and develop creative influencer collaboration strategies.
• Negotiate deals, pricing, and campaign deliverables.
• Work closely with the influencer management team to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns.
• Track performance, report ROI, and optimize collaborations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new brand partnership models.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or digital media sales.
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record of closing sponsorships, deals, or collaborations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Passion for the creator economy and social media trends.
