Role Overview: As a Brand Partnerships Executive at Vyla, you will play a crucial role in the mission to celebrate and scale India's most exciting homegrown fashion brands. Your passion for discovering emerging brands, understanding their unique positioning, and seamlessly onboarding them onto the platform will be key to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and research emerging and established homegrown fashion brands across India. - Evaluate each brand's market presence, product fit, and growth potential for the platform. - Strategically position brands within the portfolio to complement the vision and categories. - Build and maintain strong relationships with brand founders and teams. - Guide brands through the onboarding process from initial discussions to product listing. - Regularly track outreach, pipeline, and onboarding metrics to measure success. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of India's homegrown fashion landscape. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze brand positioning and suggest improvements. - Prior experience in brand partnerships, vendor management, business development, or similar roles (fashion/e-commerce experience preferred).
