Job Description

As a Brand Partnership Associate specializing in Influencer Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic collaborations and fostering long-term brand relationships. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your established network of brand contacts, demonstrating a proven track record of revenue generation, and possessing a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape. Your success in this role will be attributed to your proactive approach, persuasive communication skills, and unwavering dedication to growth and client retention. Your responsibilities will include developing and delivering tailored brand partnership proposals, identifying and cultivating relationships with potential brand partners, and seamlessly onboarding new brands into our partnership ecosystem. You will be expected to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, utilize your existing relationships to generate valuable leads, and drive consistent revenue growth through strategic partnerships. In addition to revenue generation, client relationship management will be a key aspect of your role. You will be responsible for nurturing trusted relationships with brand clients, acting as the main point of contact, managing day-to-day communications, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your ability to implement effective collaboration and retention strategies will be crucial in securing repeat business. Drawing upon your expertise in influencer marketing, you will provide clients with strategic campaign advice, collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution, and stay abreast of industry trends to offer innovative solutions. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you lead contract discussions, ensuring clarity in deliverables and overseeing all contractual obligations. As a data-driven professional, you will track and analyze campaign and partnership performance, sharing actionable insights with clients and internal teams to enhance strategy and results. Your role will also involve monitoring industry trends, analyzing competitor activities, and developing strategic recommendations that align brand goals with market demands. To excel in this position, you should have at least 4 years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer sales, business development, or marketing, with a proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management. Your network should include strong industry connections in brand, marketing, and influencer spaces, and you should possess in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and digital trends. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
