Brand Marketing & Content Strategy Manager

Responsibilities -

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive branding & marketing strategies to strengthen brand narratives & presence on digital platforms.
• Create compelling social media campaign calendars that align with brand identity, values, and messaging. Plan and publish brand content to engage professionals and partners on Instagram & meta channels.
• Lead the performance marketing strategy, A/B test ads on instagram and adopt a data-driven approach to campaigns
• Translate market trends & consumer insights into compelling brand narratives
• Define content strategy for new & existing products, including features, value proposition & positioning. Script, shoot, and edit engaging content that would resonate with the community
• Shoot Execution- Be present during shoots for social media and campaigns, ensuring content output matches brand tone.
• Collaborate with the graphic design & videography team to produce engaging content for social media
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out, negotiate, and manage influencer collaborations across platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and values across all touchpoints, platforms and products

Good to Have -

• At least 5 years in brand marketing with expertise in digital platforms (instagram, facebook)
• Strong experience in driving content strategy on meta channels
• Data-driven approach to marketing & basic experience in paid marketing

CTC - Upto Rs.20LPA (Basis last drawn)
