Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Brand Marketing Campaign Executive Freshers role at NoBrokerHood, based in Bengaluru and Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing and executing various marketing campaigns from concept to completion, overseeing project timelines, and analyzing campaign performance. The Executive will collaborate with teams to develop innovative strategies and ensure seamless project coordination. Developing clear communication strategies and reporting insights are integral parts of this role to achieve successful campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

• Should be a fresher ( No experienced are preferred )
• Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
• Should have a own two wheeler with a valid driver's license.
• Strong Campaign Management skills, including experience in designing, executing, and evaluating campaigns to achieve strategic goals
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting campaign performance metrics and optimizing strategies accordingly
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholders effectively
• Project Management experience to plan, prioritize, and execute campaigns within deadlines
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
