P-TAL aims to revive the old traditions of India in a contemporary form and take them to the world! We have so far impacted over 85 artisan families and increased their monthly incomes by over 2350% in the last 3 years! At P-TAL, we believe that when we talk about being healthy, it's not just about the food we eat; how we cook and consume the food matters too, since choosing the right cookware is as essential as choosing the right ingredients! For ages, it has been said that cooking, drinking, and eating out of traditional metals like brass, copper, and bronze is highly beneficial for one's health, as per Ayurveda. These utensils retain 93% of the nutrients in food, whereas other metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and ceramic cookware retain less than 15% of nutrients in food! Our mission is to make the world fall in love with the magical benefits and experience of using these traditional utensils by modernizing them for today's homes and kitchens. Role: Brand Marketing Associate, International Market Location : Okhla, New Delhi Working days: Monday- Saturday Position Overview: We’re looking for a passionate and sharp-minded individual to lead the creative direction of P-TAL in international markets. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands the nuances of global audiences, and loves telling meaningful stories. As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the bridge between content, community, and commerce. You’ll be owning our creative strategy for international expansion. Responsibilities: ● Build and manage a content calendar for global markets, with a focus on Instagram and US Tik Tok ● Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with global audiences while staying true to P-TAL’s premium aesthetic ● Identify and collaborate with influencers and creators whose style aligns with the brand to drive awareness and engagement ● Develop and maintain a pipeline of UGC creators for both social media and Amazon ● Analyze creative performance across platforms to identify what resonates with our audience and refine strategy based on data and insights ● Work with the performance marketing team to optimize creatives for paid ads, A/B test formats, etc. ● Regularly analyze competitors to identify content gaps and opportunities for P-TAL Requirements ● 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing ● Strong understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing ● Ability to translate creative ideas into high-performing content ● A keen eye for aesthetics and design that aligns with premium, global audiences ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with ownership ● Comfortable working with designers, ad teams, and creators ● Passion for storytelling, branding, and building community through content If you’re driven by purpose and want your ideas to shape how Indian craftsmanship is seen and celebrated across the world, we’d love to hear from you!
