Brand Manager
 to lead the marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for the TVS 2-Wheeler segment in Nepal. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing brand strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen market presence, and drive sustainable business growth.

Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand communications, and ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms. The role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to position TVS as a preferred 2-wheeler brand in Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and brand plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead product launches, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities nationwide.
- Manage ATL/BTL campaigns, digital marketing, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and event management agencies for brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand performance, market share, and consumer insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and adherence to corporate communication standards.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and dealer teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
 
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector.
- Proven record of managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
 
Key Skills And Competencies
- Strong brand management and strategic planning expertise.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High degree of creativity and market insight.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding software.
