About the Role

We're hiring a Brand Manager to lead how Necesera looks, sounds, and feels — across packaging, campaigns, content, and partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Own brand positioning, tone, and identity
Lead packaging, product storytelling, and visual coherence
Plan and execute brand + product campaigns
Manage influencer and brand partnerships
Align cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency

You’re a Fit If You

Have 2–5 years in brand roles at a consumer/lifestyle/D2C brand
Have strong design/aesthetic judgment
Can think strategically and execute independently
Are proactive, fast-moving, and detail-obsessed
Care about building a meaningful brand, not just selling products
