Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, growth & Sales
• Plan the digital marketing campaigns
• Lead product launches, packaging development, pricing strategy, and promotional activities
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor benchmarking to support brand decisions
• Track brand performance, sales trends
• Collaborate with sales, product development, supply chain, and creative teams
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Manage agencies, designers, vendors, and media partners, including contract negotiations
• Prepare brand plans, budgets, and performance reports
• Support PR initiatives and efficiency improvements within the Brand Management function

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA in Marketing (preferred)
• 35 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food or FMCG industry

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of FMCG/food Service Industry and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Proven experience in brand campaigns and product launches
• Ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media branding is an added advantage
