As a Brand Manager at Sova, you will play a crucial role in leading three core pillars: Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, and New Product Development for a fast-growing D2C health brand. Your responsibilities will include: - New & Existing Product Development - Conduct customer/market research to identify insights. - Lead product differentiation, positioning, and creative direction. - Build and execute GTM plans (messaging, targeting, channels, P&L planning). - Growth Marketing - Create acquisition-focused ad briefs for Meta/Google. - Build retention campaigns (email, loyalty, cross-sell). - Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop & Thruplay rates through continuous testing. - Brand Marketing - Own brand identity and storytelling across social channels. - Run content-led campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. - Use social listening & sentiment analysis to refine messaging. - P&L, E-commerce & Cross-Functional Ownership - Drive end-to-end sales & marketing for e-commerce & quick commerce. - Work closely with product, creative, sales, and ops teams. - Track KPIs: CAC, retention, brand awareness, product adoption.
