Brand Manager

As a Brand Manager at BNAL, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the brand across different markets. Your role will involve creating and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. You will work towards positioning BNAL as a thought leader in prefabricated construction solutions and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. - Position BNAL as a thought leader in prefabricated construction solutions across target sectors. - Manage brand architecture, guidelines, messaging, and identity across all platforms. - Develop compelling content for corporate communications, product brochures, case studies, website, and social media. - Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for creative development, PR, media buying, and production. - Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and exhibitions. - Implement performance-driven strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in brand management, preferably in B2B, industrial products, or infrastructure sector. - Strong understanding of branding fundamentals, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset. - Proficient in marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics). - Ability to manage multiple projects, work cross-functionally, and deliver within timelines. - Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, client interactions, and brand activations.,
