Brand Manager

1.Brand Strategy & Positioning:

Develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies to strengthen market positioning.

Identify consumer trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Maintain consistent brand voice and identity across all touchpoints.

2.Product Management:

Oversee product lifecycle – from concept development to product launch.

Work closely with R&D, packaging, and supply chain teams for product innovation and improvements.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product development.

3.Marketing Campaigns:

Plan and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, TV, influencer, retail).

Collaborate with digital marketing teams for performance marketing, SEO, and social media.

Measure and report campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

4.Sales & Channel Collaboration:

Coordinate with sales teams and distributors to ensure effective in-market execution.

Support trade marketing and retail activations to boost visibility and sales.

5.Budget Management:

Manage brand marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

Track spending and ensure cost-efficiency across campaigns.

Key Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.4–7 years of experience in brand management, preferably in personal care or FMCG.

3.Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.

4.Proven track record of successful product launches and brand building.

5.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

1.Passion for personal care products and beauty trends.

2.Knowledge of skincare, haircare, or cosmetic formulations is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
