Brand Hostess - Wellness

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist in-store clients, offering a warm and professional welcome
• Manage incoming calls, providing information about services, products, practitioners, and appointments
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for practitioners using our booking system
• Represent House of Soul’s brand and values in every client interaction
• Maintain a serene, organized, and inviting front desk/reception area
• Handle queries, resolve minor issues, and escalate concerns as needed
• Assist with basic client intake and registration processes
• Support practitioners with appointment logistics and client flow
• Keep accurate records of appointments, calls, and walk-ins
• Acting as an emcee or presenter at events, creating content for brand videos, or providing a media presence.
• Provides expert advice and recommendations on various aspects of wellness.
• Contribute to a harmonious and spiritual environment for both clients and team
• Montor, review, respond and ensure client feedback in-store, on google and other social media platform
• Professionally handling clients’ complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
• Aims to create a seamless and supportive experience, allowing clients to focus on their spiritual wellness journey

Who You Are:

• Exceptionally well-groomed, with a positive and welcoming demeanour
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi)
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, or luxury retail preferred
• Tech-savvy with experience in appointment management/CRM systems
• Calm under pressure, able to multitask and prioritize
• Deeply aligned with the values of wellness, transformation, and client care
• Enthusiastic about representing a celebrity brand and being the first point of contact

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual presentation.
• Comfortable with desk-based, computer-focused work.
• Proficient in digital tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and social media platforms.
• Passion for spiritual, holistic, or lifestyle brands is a plus
