Job Description

Marketing Brand Executive

Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for building brands? We’re looking for a talented Brand Executive to join our team and help us shape our brand's future. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in executing our marketing strategy, managing our digital presence and driving brand growth.

Responsibilities:


1.Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies. Ideate, manage and launch micro-level to full-blown campaigns, from concept to completion.


2.Digital & Social Media Management: Manage all social media platforms, including content creation and scheduling. Respond to social media inquiries and engage with our community.


3.Content & Creative Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies and consultants. Approve designs, content, and paid media creatives to ensure brand consistency. Coordinate and manage content shoots with hired teams.


4.Performance & Analytics: Conduct daily analysis using data from Meta, Google, and other analytics platforms. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and prepare performance reports.


5.Paid Media & SEO: Maintain and allocate paid media budgets. Collaborate with hired agencies on keyword research and SEO blog approvals.


6.Website Management: Update and manage product content on our websites to ensure it is accurate and engaging.


7.In-Store Marketing: Create basic in-store content and marketing materials to enhance the customer experience.


Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role.
  2. Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of brand management principles and digital marketing trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with agencies and internal teams.


Preferred:

  1. Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research.
  2. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  3. Experience in a B2C or retail environment.
