Brand Executive

As a Brand Executive at Cog Culture, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Sales Team or Business Development teams by ensuring client satisfaction with the organization's products or services. Your responsibilities will include being the primary point of contact for clients and connecting the agency's creative efforts with the needs of advertisers on various digital platforms such as Social Media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Display Advertising. You will also be involved in Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google AdWords, and more, while ensuring that all client requirements are met in a timely and service-oriented manner. Your key responsibilities will include being customer-centric, seeking, processing, and executing client requests and product orders. You will be the go-to person for clients, providing answers to queries about products/services and directing them to the account manager when necessary. Additionally, you will assist clients in using the products/services, keep them updated about new features, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of product orders/services. Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, and resolving client complaints will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess great communication, presentation, and client servicing skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential, along with being proactive and a self-starter. Strategic thinking and a good understanding of social media marketing will further contribute to your success in this role.
