We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer/Communication Designer who: Thinks in grids, speaks in palettes, and leads with vision. As a Senior Brand Designer, you’ll be shaping identities that do more than look good—they stand for something. You’ll guide design thinking on key branding projects, manage and mentor a team of creatives, and help us deliver work that’s strategically sharp and emotionally resonant.
This is a role for someone who’s equal parts designer, storyteller, and leader. Responsibilities
1. Lead the development of visual identities from concept to execution across print and digital
2. Translate strategic brand positioning into distinctive visual languages and experiences
3. Manage and mentor a team of junior/mid-level designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback
4. Collaborate cross-functionally with brand strategy, copywriting, and digital teams to build unified brand systems
5. Present design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating rationale and process
6. Oversee quality control across projects, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft in every output
7. Contribute to evolving the agency’s design culture, inspiring fresh thinking and experimentation
8. Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor brands, and visual culture to bring innovative ideas to the table
Other Requirements
1.4–6 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or communication design (agency background strongly preferred)
2. Proven experience leading projects and managing a creative team
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand identity design, systems thinking, and multi-platform execution
4. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with tools like Figma or After Effects is a bonus
