Brand Designer

We are Emergence Software, a premium global B2B SaaS acquisition and growth engine. We are looking for a Brand Designer who can define and design the entire brand ecosystem — from strategy and messaging to visual identity and collateral — to position our company as a trusted, global authority.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Playbook & Strategy

• Define mission, vision, positioning, brand story, values, tone, tagline, and elevator pitch
• Create founder’s voice guidelines and channel-specific tone rules
• Map persona x USP to guide messaging and campaigns
• Develop key messaging templates for internal and external communications
• User & Market Research through competitor analysis, persona mapping, to shape brand positioning and messaging

Visual Identity

• Design logo, color palette, typography standards, icons, illustration styles, and layout guidelines
• Establish Do’s & Don’ts for brand usage
• Ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints

Website & Digital Presence

• Collaborate on website design to align with brand identity
• Ensure visual storytelling, premium aesthetics, and usability

Collateral & Communication Assets

• Revamp messaging, presentations, and marketing collaterals
• Create press kits, media releases, and LinkedIn assets for the brand and brand representatives
• Design visiting cards, merchandise, and other brand-related materials

• Cross-Channel Consistency

Ensure brand voice and visuals are cohesive across all digital, print, and social channels

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of brand strategy and brand design
• Expertise in visual identity creation: logos, color, typography, icons, and illustrations
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Ability to translate brand strategy into tangible visual and messaging outputs
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Attention to detail and understanding of premium, B2B branding

Preferred:

• Experience with website design (Webflow, Figma prototypes)
• Knowledge of LinkedIn branding for founders/brands
• Experience designing press kits, merchandise, or corporate collaterals
