Brand & Content Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a Brand and Content Executive with 1-2 years of experience, to take full ownership of social media presence across platforms for multiple brands. From account setup to execution, you’ll be the driving force behind content, strategy, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Set up and manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts from scratch.
• Develop and implement a strong social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Oversee daily posting, engagement, and community management.

Content Creation & Execution

• Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posts.
• Ideate, write, and script engaging social media content.
• Work closely with the design and video teams to bring content to life.
• Be comfortable starring or speaking in videos or reels when needed to create more engaging content.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with the client team to understand goals and brainstorm creative ideas.
• Keep up with social media trends and leverage them to enhance brand presence.
• Analyze and report on content performance, making data-driven improvements.

• A social media enthusiast with 1-2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficient in Instagram best practices.
• Creative with a strong eye for design, content, and trends.
• Confident in scripting, copywriting, and even being on camera.
• Strong in coordination and communication with multiple teams.
• Analytical with the ability to track and improve performance.
