Job Description

We are seeking a Brand Collaboration & Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic brand collaborations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative content and brand marketing, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance visibility, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities with brands, agencies, and marketing partners
• Develop customized collaboration proposals, decks, and campaign concepts
• Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners from onboarding to execution
• Coordinate with creative, production, and marketing teams to deliver brand-integrated content
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure brand guidelines are accurately represented in all productions
• Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and maintain relationships
• Stay updated with market trends, influencer marketing, and branded content strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Understanding of branded content, digital marketing, and film/media production
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
• Experience in brand collaborations, media sales, or partnerships (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; proposal & deck creation
• Creative mindset with business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with film production houses, OTT platforms, or digital creators
• Existing network of brand contacts is a plus
• Knowledge of social media analytics and influencer campaigns
