Job Description

The Brand Analytics Manager will support brand strategy and performance through MIS, analytics, and F&B controlling. The role focuses on tracking brand KPIs, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to drive sales and profitability in a QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand planning and track performance across campaigns, promotions, and calendars.
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Analyze sales, margins, food cost, and wastage from an F&B controller perspective.
  • Track actuals vs budget/forecast and highlight key variances.
  • Automate reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate with Brand, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills
  • Experience in

    QSR / F&B analytics or controlling

  • Hands-on knowledge of

    Tableau

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to translate data into business insights
