Role Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, dealers, and distributors to expand UDLs client base.
• Manage accounts receivables effectively to ensure smooth cash flow and financial health.
• Monitor and optimize sales expenses while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and provide market feedback to improve offerings.
• Use CRM tools to track sales performance and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends and growth.

Qualifications:

• Educational background:

  MBA/Graduate

• Experience: 7

  -15 years
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, key account management, and business development strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
• Ability to think strategically and translate plans into results.
