Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager or Sales Officer located in Bhagalpur. The selected candidate will oversee and drive sales initiatives at the branch level, manage client relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. They will identify and generate leads, support business development strategies, provide financial solutions tailored to customer needs, and monitor branch performance. Managing and mentoring the branch sales team will also be part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficient in Financial Solutions, Loan Products, and Credit Assessment
  • Demonstrated ability to generate lead pipelines and achieve sales targets
  • Team leadership and mentoring capabilities to manage and guide sales teams effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and regional market dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
