Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase loan disbursements against property (LAP) and other products.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including staff management and customer service delivery.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive mortgage industry.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in branch sales or similar role in banking or finance sector.
  
• Strong understanding of LAP loans, mortgages, and other financial products offered by banks.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and optimize performance metrics.
