Branch Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Branch Sales Manager for one of Weekday's clients based in Morbi, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the Home Loan and Housing Finance business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, acquire new customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve predetermined business targets. Managing branch operations, leading a sales team, and generating leads through various channels will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of home loans and housing finance products at the branch level. - Create and nurture a robust lead pipeline utilizing multiple channels. - Lead and mentor a team comprising Sales Officers, Tele-callers, and Relationship Managers. - Cultivate enduring relationships with customers, real estate developers, and channel partners. - Oversee the entire loan processing cycle with a keen eye on accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies. - Offer market insights to senior management and recommend product improvements. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in the home loan or housing finance sector, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. - Thorough knowledge of retail home loan products, underwriting criteria, and market dynamics. - Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Proficient in people management and leadership. - Familiarity with loan origination systems and CRM tools is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA qualification is a bonus.,
