Job Description

As Branch Manager, you will oversee the complete functioning of the branch, including classroom arrangements, batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and technical/office maintenance. Your role will involve leading and managing branch staff to ensure smooth workflow, discipline, and alignment with organizational policies. Additionally, you will drive branch sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution. Key responsibilities include: - Setting sales goals, tracking performance, and implementing plans to consistently meet or exceed targets. - Managing the academic lifecycle of students from admission to feedback collection to ensure high satisfaction. - Assisting in managing inquiries, lead follow-ups, and providing support to the sales team during the admission process. - Maintaining office supplies and ensuring technical upkeep of classrooms and infrastructure. - Coordinating academic and organizational events to ensure smooth execution. - Addressing concerns of students and staff with effective, unbiased solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4 years or more experience in branch operations, sales, or center management. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Target-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue goals.
