Job Description

5 yrs of experience as a Branch Sales Manager


Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieving sales targets for various products like CASA (Current and Savings Accounts), loans, and other financial products.
  • Identifying and acquiring new customers through various channels (referrals, walk-ins, marketing activities).
  • Focusing on product cross-selling to existing customers to enhance portfolio value.
  • Driving activation and spends on newly acquired accounts.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer queries, complaints, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Leading and motivating a team of sales officers to achieve branch targets.
  • Providing guidance, training, and support to the sales team.
  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Branch Performance and Profitability:

  • Monitoring and analyzing branch performance against targets.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance profitability.
