Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals through various platforms.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to offer delivery.
  • Understand technical requirements and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of IT recruitment experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of IT roles and terminologies.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
