Branch Sales Manager-Affordable Home Loans

Role Overview: As a Branch Sales Manager for Affordable Home Loans, your primary responsibility will be to scale up and grow the customer base for the branch. You will need to develop constructive relationships with customers and work closely with them to boost business volume across different geographies. Your role will involve establishing a strong foundation with customers as their preferred financial partner, focusing on customer sourcing, acquisitions, and building relationships with key dealers and strategic partners. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Home loan customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area. - Grow the asset under management base for home loan lending solutions and ensure meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Collaborate with the product team to provide customers with the best-in-class funding solutions and ensure proper incentivization of the direct sales team. - Plan targets and manpower requirements for the region, including recruitment and training of Branch Sales Managers/BCM/BOM. - Meet monthly disbursements targets.
