Job Description

You will be responsible for mobilizing business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts, driving both numbers and value. Your key duties will include: - Recruiting and regularly training team members - Organizing various lead generation activities for your branch - Serving as the one-point contact for the team members in case of any grievances from customers - Accompanying team members on calls when meeting important clients It will be your duty to ensure that the quality of services provided meets the set standards.
