Branch Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Relationships
: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase business growth.
Business Development
: Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
Customer Service
: Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration
: Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis
: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Needs Assessment
: Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in
liabilities

branch banking
, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the
BFSI
industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
