A Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) at AU Small Finance Bank is responsible for managing and growing client relationships, which involves client acquisition, customer service, and a focus on achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building client portfolios, providing financial advice, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with other teams to achieve business goals. Core responsibilities

  • Relationship management

    : Manage a portfolio of clients, develop new customer relationships, and act as the main point of contact for their banking and investment needs.
  • Sales and acquisition

    : Acquire new clients, grow the portfolio's profitability, and achieve sales and business development targets.
  • Financial advisory

    : Provide clients with financial guidance, recommend investment strategies, and conduct financial assessments based on their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Customer service

    : Ensure customer satisfaction by offering personalized solutions and keeping clients informed about new products and market trends.
  • Compliance

    : Ensure all activities are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
