Job Description

Role Overview: - Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets. - Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. - Analyze customer feedback data to determine satisfaction with company products and services. - Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning. - Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities. - Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals. - Build and deepen relationships with new Wealth Customers to achieve an increase in share of wallet and revenues. - Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Nidhi Company and in other places. - Manage client portfolios, keeping client plans up-to-date. - Analyze client portfolios and make necessary suggestions. - Procure potential/target clients through networking, database, market analysis, and references. - Achieve financial goals and maintain organization brand value. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience working as a Branch Relationship Manager or similar role. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to travel as needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. - Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. - Effective communication skills. - Strong business acumen. - Ensure the Monthly Target is met.
