Role Overview: As a Branch Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and achieve defined sales targets. You will be required to develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. Analyzing customer feedback data to ensure customer satisfaction and providing insights into product development and competitive positioning will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing cost-effective strategies, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. Collaborating with company executives to pursue new business opportunities and meeting potential investors to negotiate deals will also be crucial aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deepen relationships with new Wealth Customers to increase share of wallet and revenues. - Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets. - Manage client portfolios, analyze them, and make necessary suggestions for financial planning and asset allocation. - Procure potential/target clients through networking, database, market analysis, and references. - Achieve financial goals and maintain organization brand value. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience working as a Branch Relationship Manager or similar role. - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to travel as needed. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills. - Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills. - Effective communication skills. - Strong business acumen.
