Job Summary

As a Branch Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the branch&aposs customer base and driving business growth through effective sales and relationship management. You will be a key member of the branch sales team and will report to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to deepen their banking relationships and cross-sell other products and services
• Conduct regular customer visits and provide personalized financial solutions based on their needs and requirements
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets for liabilities products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to customers
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customers
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of rural banking and liabilities products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications
• Fluency in local language and English is preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
