Branch Relationship Manager (BRM) - HNI Handling - Karaikudi

As a Relationship Manager in the Banking sector, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional volume and revenue performance by acquiring and engaging Bank clients with an AUM of INR 1 million. Your role involves a need-based approach to ensure client coverage and product penetration through cross-sell and up-sell of Bank products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and upgrade quality clients to the Treasures segment in the branch location areas - Deepen wallet share of existing customers through retention and growth of AUM - Achieve monthly & annual volume and revenue objectives - Activate e-Channels and drive Savings Book growth - Implement product strategies effectively through relationship management - Develop client trust and loyalty for entrenched relationship with the bank - Ensure optimum product mix and new-to-product clients for customer-level profitability - Drive exemplary customer service and uphold bank service standards - Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to sales processes - Deliver exemplary service by building appropriate workflows and processes including doorstep banking You will also be responsible for: - Establishing, managing, and growing the AUM of mapped client segment - Resolving customer queries and complaints within the agreed TAT - Working closely with colleagues, service teams, and product specialists to meet team objectives - Collaborating with the Line Manager and City/Cluster Head to achieve common team and Branch objectives - Ensuring internal and regulatory compliance and addressing operational risks - Exercising appropriate due diligence while on-boarding and engaging with clients Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed bank with proficiency in banking products - In-depth knowledge of the local market and competition - AMFI/IRDAI/FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification will be an added advantage Education: - Any Graduate Join us as a Relationship Manager and play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and maintaining high service levels in the banking sector.,
