Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivables Manager with 5-8 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing receivables and leading teams, with expertise in affordable housing and housing loan processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Lead and motivate a team of collection officers to achieve targets and provide coaching and training as needed.
Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to receivables and credit policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delinquency rates and collection efficiencies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the BFSI industry, preferably in a bank or NBFC setting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Experience working with affordable housing products and services, focusing on housing loan processes and receivables management.
