The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and service delivery at our branch in Narnaul, Haryana. This is a key role in our retail banking division, with a focus on rural banking and liabilities products. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all branch operations, including cash management, account opening, loan processing, and customer service Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies and procedures Monitor and analyze branch performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity Train and develop branch staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide personalized financial solutions to meet their needs Collaborate with other departments to develop and launch new products and services Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in branch operations and service management in a banking or financial institution Strong knowledge of rural banking and liabilities products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Proficient in MS Office and banking software Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for growth and career development.
